The driver of the stolen car, involved in the accident in which Antoine Alléno was killed on Sunday evening in France, will appear before a Judge on Wednesday, AFP reports.
According to the report, a Paris prosecutor’s office stated on Tuesday that the suspect was arrested Sunday evening after the accident in which Antoine Alléno was killed.
A judicial investigation has been opened for homicide and aggravated involuntary injuries (by drunkenness and driving despite cancelled driving license), damage, willful violence, theft and hit and run.
Caught by an off-duty policeman
AFP in their report, revealed that the suspect who had just stolen a car in the 7th arrondissement on Sunday evening, hit a scooter and a VTC. Chef Yannick Alléno ‘s son , who was driving the scooter, was killed instantly. His passenger, a 28-year-old woman, was injured and taken to hospital. The VTC driver was not injured.
After the accident, the driver of the stolen car tried to flee on foot before being arrested by an off-duty police officer.
