Popular Nigerian actress and filmmaker, Omoni Oboli has taken out time from her busy schedule, to share some words of encouragement to millions of her fans, thanking God for her life journey so far.
Omoni Oboli who has been busy promoting her latest work, in sharing some of her experience growing up, also used the opportunity to show her fans how fast her granddaughter is growing, with some lovely snaps.
Taking to her social media to express her gratitude to God for how far she has come, she reminded her fans of her humble beginnings, and how she never imagined to be where she is today.
“Who am I that You are so mindful of me, Lord? 
You’ve blessed me beyond what I could ever have imagined, and You continue to pour out Your goodness into my life.I wasn’t born with a silver spoon. My earliest memories are of a “face-me-I-face-you” apartment with my sister and our single mom, who worked tirelessly as a government teacher just to make ends meet.” she said.
Omoni Oboli continued:
“As I write this, tears are streaming down my face… I’m not where I’m going, but I am so far from where I’ve come. If you had told little 5-year-old me, so full of questions, that one day I would be globally recognized and travel the world, I would have doubted it. But as I grew, I realized that impossible is nothing. And no matter what, I refused to give up on my dreams.
There were times when it was tempting to settle for less, to dream smaller. But I vowed never to be that person.
People will mock you for “doing too much”—but listen, that’s their loss, not yours! Nobody has the same dream God gave you, so don’t let anyone tell you how to chase it. It’s between you and God to create the life you desire!So, go ahead! Give yourself permission to dream BIG—dream beyond what you can see. Write it down, and chase it with everything you’ve got! Be bold. Be unstoppable. Don’t let the naysayers hold you back. I’m rooting for you, because I believe we can all WIN. 
” she added.
