Amber Rose Responds To Backlash After She Accused Beyonce Of Copying Her Speech At Kamala Harris Rally

Amber Rose tried to step back from her comments accusing Beyonce of copying her speech at Friday night’s rally for Vice President Kamala Harris in Houston.

The media personality, Amber Rose, 41, who is an avid supporter of former President Donald Trump, received scathing comments following her tweet which read ‘She wanna be me so bad. Literally took my whole speech,’ referring to her stump for Trump at the Republican National Convention in July.

The Grammy winner who has been a supporter of Harris’ since President Joe Biden stepped down from the race, told her hometown crowd, ‘I’m not here as a celebrity. I’m not here as a politician. I’m here as a mother.’

‘A mother who cares deeply about the world my children and all of our children live in, a world where we have the freedom to control our bodies, a world where we’re not divided,’ she said.

In her speech in at the Republican National Convention in July, Amber Rose said, ‘My whole world revolves around providing for my children, keeping them safe, and giving them an opportunity for a better life.’

‘That’s something that unites all American parents, whether we’re Republicans, Democrats, Conservatives, or Liberals — we all want a better country for our children,’ she said.

Although the thoughts were similar, members of the Beyhive were seething after seeing the Tweet.

‘NO ONE WANTS TO BE YOU. YOU COULD NEVER BE BEY,’ read one comment on social media.

‘Don’t ever in yo life speak on Beyoncé thank you,’ advised another.

In video obtained by TMZ, the Gotcha singer, who was dressed up for a Halloween party on Saturday night, alleged it was all in good fun.

‘I was literally trolling. I troll my friends all the time,’ Rose claimed.

‘I did not think that was going to make national news when I posted that comment, but I love Beyonce, I know Beyonce and we’ve hung out many times,’ adding, ‘but I was low key trolling.’

The comedian said it was ‘crazy’ that ‘one comment can just become international news.’

Referring to Beyonce and former Destiny’s Child member Kelly Rowland, who both gave speeches in their hometown supporting the Democratic nominee, Amber Rose, said she and her pals had a difference of opinion.

‘They genuinely feel that Kamala might be best for the country. I personally disagree, but I think that it’s the beautiful thing about living in America, we can have our own opinions.’

Amber Rose was questioned about her statements while dressed as a 70s style disco queen outside a spooky Halloween party in the Hollywood area of Los Angeles.

The model hid the trademark tatoo on her forehead, covering it up with a large, curly platinum blonde wig.

She wore a silver disco outfit made up of wide leg pants and a button down crop top tied below the bust.

The influencer wore a fuzzy light blue jacket in the cool evening temperatures.

She accessorized with large silver hoop earrings, and her makeup included 70s style blue eye shadow.

Snippets from the evening reveal a spooky entrance to the party. She tagged her ex-husband Wiz Khalifa in a video clip in her Instagram Stories.

‘Leave while you can,’ an actor wearing a yellow hazard suit tells her as she enters the area filled with fog.

‘Amber, there’s toxic waste,’ someone tells her, describing the scene, as the camera shows someone simulating vomiting on the ground.

‘Yeah, he’s sick. What the F—? the companion asks.

‘It’s Chernobyl,’ Rose answers, playing along.

‘We Hit Em Up!’ the other person shouts before walking away. Rose laughed and says ‘Not we did not hit ’em up,’ as the camera shows an actor wearing a yellow hazard suit feigning illness.

‘It’s a pandemic guys, it’s another pandemic,’ Rose said. ‘Make sure you get vaccinated,’ shouted another actor.

Another clip shows her posing with a Girl Code Inc. CEO Arica Adams dressed in a very sexy catsuit outside of the tent where the dancefloor is located. ‘Still outside,’ she wrote on the clip.
