The Lagos State Police Command has arrested some suspected cable vandals in Lagos. The Police in a statement, said the suspected cable vandals were arrested by her officers with the help of some residents of Ogba on Tuesday night.
According to the statement released by the Lagos State Police Command on Wednesday 9th December 2020, on their official social media handle, they shared photos of the recovered armoured cable from the suspects, with a caption that reads:
“Police officers together with some residents in Ogba recovered this armoured cable from suspected vandals late last night,” the Police said.
The Police Command in their statement, also praised the residents and for alerting them.
“The residents had a scuffle with the suspects and alerted the police but they escaped before their arrival. Investigation on the incident is on-going,” the statement added.
