The above headline credited to Mr Festus Keyamo who is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and also the Spokesperson to the President Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organisation, is nothing but brutal and in a way, a triple-double if you are a basketball fan.lol
I mean even though he did not categorically make mention of the name of former President Olusegun Obasanjo, we do not need a soothsayer before we know he is clearly referring to him….

saying there is no Political Mecca in any hilltop mansion or farm again in Nigeria and that gone are the days where some military generals will sit in their room to decide who becomes Nigeria’s President.

Given the events of recent days, between former President Obasanjo and President Buhari, this statement clearly gives you an attributes only Obasanjo possess.

First, Obasanjo’s country home is popularly known as the “hilltop mansion” because of its location or situated. Secondly, Obasanjo is a well-known farmer and a retired General.

Thirdly, we all know Obasanjo’s Hilltop has been in the last decade plus a kind of “Mecca” where politicians in Nigeria troop to be anointed and if you miss out, then automatically you are sidelined. Even the former President Goodluck Jonathan has fallen victim to this in 2015, a result which allegedly produced President Buhari. lol

Again I ask is the Buhari administration not playing a dangerous game, going head to head with Obasanjo? Hopefully, we will not have a Mo Salah vs Rinaldo issue…or sorry Salah Vs Ramos issue playing out 2019.lol

A well thought out piece from the spokesperson of the President Buhari campaign organization…at least we have something to blog about.  See his tweet:

Gone are the days when some military Generals will just sit down in a room and decide who would be the next President of Nig. There’s no political Mecca in any Hilltop Mansion or Farm again. They cannot still deal with that fact. The political Mecca is now on the streets of Nig.
