The Premier League star, who since coming to England has been in superb form, put up a lovely pictures of his adorable family on Instagram, with the caption:
Today I also feel like celebrating my birthday, because a few years ago I had my biggest gift. While everyone was wondering about duplicity of work, I visualized twice as much happiness!
