Barcelona and Argentine magician, Leo Messi has won his 6th European Golden booth for the 2018-2019 season.
Leo Messi was crowned on Wednesday 16th October 2019 in front of family members and friends. He netted 36 goals in 34 LaLiga games for 2018-2019.
Leo Messi receiving the award thanked everyone for the honour, saying: “Thank you for being here to all those present, especially my family. They are here today. Luis and Jordi, two big culprits for me to receive this award. Without my classmates I would not have been able to receive one, it is a recognition of the entire costumes”
He also touched on the last season’s Champions League disappointment, and how they are approaching the new season, saying:
