Lagos Police Public Relation Officer Ope Dolapo has reacted to the news of the gunning down and killing of a notorious cultist in Lagos, Ibrahim Balogun who is known by the street name “Jpron”.
Ope Dolapo while reacting to the death of the notorious cultist and killer, took to her social media page to share her opinion on the death. She said:
“I received the news of the death of the notorious “terrorist” Ibrahim Balogun (Jpron). She said.
According to her, the late ‘Jpron’ has been terrorizing the Shomolu/Bariga axis so much that it looks like he’s above the law and his disappearance from custody in 2016 makes. It looks as if he’s supernatural power (I don’t believe that though) fast forward to March 2017 Jpron was arrested and consequently paraded by my office (Police Public Relations Department) under the Supervision of the then Commissioner of Police and he was charged to court the second day, but to the commands’ greatest surprise he was back on the street barely one week thereafter (which suggests conspiracy)”
“Since the Police cannot control the Court’s action we were back to hunting and searching for this crude criminal that takes pleasure in killing and maiming fellow human beings. To see that Jpron was gunned down by fellow cultist is a confirmation that “he who lives by the sword will surely die by the sword”.
“He lived as if he was not going to die but he has died, this should serve as a warning to younger ones out there that every cult members will always pay the ultimate price with their lives if there is no U-turn…what profits a man to join cult just to be wasted!

“To those that hunted him down, they should also know that since they are also cultists there is a possibility they are on death list too…Bariga/Shomolu community has a lot to do in partnering with the Police as there is an indication that too much cult members are being shielded by parents and guardians in that area. What is your opinion about his killings? she asked
