Lenny Kravitz shared a shirtless workout video on social media while preparing for his upcoming concert tour after recently revealing being celibate for nine years.

The 60-year-old rocker Lenny Kravitz shared video on X, formerly known as Twitter, of himself jumping rope without a shirt on Saturday for his roughly 4.6 million followers.

‘Getting ready for the #BlueElectricLight2024 Tour,’ Lenny posted as a caption along with a lightning bolt emoji.

The American Woman singer while wearing black sweatpants jumped quickly during the 16-second video that featured his new song Love Is My Religion.

Love Is My Religion was released in May along with Lenny’s twelfth studio album Blue Electric Light.

Lenny Kravitz in a recent interview with The Guardian talked about being celibate for nine years after finding himself becoming a ‘player’ like his father Sy Kravitz.

‘I didn’t like it. I didn’t want to be that guy. So I had to tackle that and it took years… by taking responsibility. Discipline. Not letting my own desires take over,’ Lenny said.

The singer admitted his love of routine and predictability might hamper the search to find a life partner.

‘It’s a spiritual thing,’ he said of his abstinence and lifestyle. ‘I have become very set in my ways, in the way I live.’

Lenny and ex-wife Lisa Bonet, 56, divorced in 1993 and have 35-year-old daughter Zoë Kravitz together.

The singer went on to begin dating model and singer Vanessa Paradis, and they remained together until 1996.

He was subsequently engaged to both Adriana Lima and Nicole Kidman, although neither relationship progressed into a marriage.

The rocker, shown performing on June 1 at Wembley Stadium in London, has been celibate for nine years.

Lenny earlier this month performed at Wembley Stadium before kickoff at the Champions League final.

He performed shortened versions of three songs in a six-minute set in the center of the field before Real Madrid played Borussia Dortmund.

Lenny was honored in March with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

He released his last studio album Raise Vibration in 2018 and said during a talk show appearance in March that he had a tour starting this summer in Europe.
