Sean Diddy Combs Shares 'Time Tells Truth' IG Post

Sean Diddy Combs is speaking his mind via Instagram amid the sex trafficking allegations against him.

On Tuesday, May 14, the rapper, 54, shared a message that read, “Time tells truth.”

Sean Diddy Combs then captioned the post with a “LOVE ️.”

The Monday post follows his May 10 filing to dismiss Jane Doe’s sexual misconduct lawsuit against him with prejudice.

Doe filed in December 2023 and accused the Sean Diddy Combs, Harve Pierre and another individual labeled as “Third Assailant” of sex trafficking and gang raping Doe when she was 17 years old. Combs has previously denied all the claims in his ongoing sexual assault lawsuits.

In his filing last Friday, Diddy’s attorneys argue that the statute of limitations has expired and that it is “legally irrelevant” and “already caused incalculable damage to the reputations and business standing of the Combs Defendants.”

Doe’s attorneys shared in a statement with PEOPLE: “The motion is just a desperate attempt by Combs to avoid accountability for Ms. Doe’s allegations of gang rape and sexual assault. It won’t work.”

Beginning in November 2023, the rapper has been hit with multiple sexual assault lawsuits in the past couple of months. Singer Cassie, whom he dated on-again-off-again from 2007 to 2018, first accused him of raping and abusing her over the course of their decade-long relationship.

Although the lawsuit was settled a day later, Combs was accused of sexual assault in a second lawsuit by a woman named Joi Dickerson-Neal shortly after. He was accused of drugging and raping her when she was a college student at Syracuse University in 1991.

That same day, Sean Diddy Combs was accused of sexual assault by a third woman, a separate Jane Doe, who alleged that Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall took turns raping her and a friend in New York City more than 30 years ago.

Then, in December, the other Jane Doe from the aforementioned suit filed against the rapper.

Two months later, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer and videographer, filed a lawsuit claiming that Combs sexually harassed, drugged, and threatened him during their time working together.

“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy,” Diddy wrote in a statement he released in December 2023, which was obtained by PEOPLE at the time. “Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.”

“Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged,” Combs said in his statement. “I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
