Operatives of the Nigerian Police, Adamawa Command have arrested a 35-year-old man for forcefully having carnal knowledge of a 19-year-old girl, the Police Public Relations Officer SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje reports.
In a statement released on Monday 15th August 2022, by SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, who also shared a photo of the 35-year-old suspected rapist, stated that the Command had on Sunday 14/8/2022 apprehended the 35-year-old man Ibrahim Adamu for raping a 19-year-old girl in the state.
He stated “that the suspect Ibrahim Adamu, a resident of Nassarawo ward,Yola North local government took advantage of his victim at her mom’s place of business and had forceful carnal knowledge of her.
The suspect will be charged to court upon completion of an investigation,” he added.
