The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), has recorded 404 new cases of the dreaded coronavirus across some states in the country.
According to the statement published on Monday 27th July 2021, on the official social media handles of the NCDC, in updating Nigerians about the trends of the coronavirus in the country, stated that the 404 new cases were recorded on Monday, 27th July 2021, with no deaths reported.
The 404 new cases were reported from 12 states, with Lagos state recording the highest, with 356, followed by Rivers state with 18.
The new cases recorded on Monday, shows the following distribution across the 12 states:

Nasarawa-1
To date, a total of 171, 728 cases have been confirmed, with a total number of 164, 837 cases discharged and 2,134 deaths recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
NCDC also added that Monday’s reports include 0 cases from Sokoto, Oyo, Imo and Enugu States.
