Real Housewives Of Atlanta (RHOA) star, Nene Leakes is calling on her fans to boycott Andy Cohen’s show, a few days after she did the same thing to RHOA show. She had called for the boycott of the ‘RHOA’ show in general, after accusing them of mistreatment over negotiations for her to continue on the show.
Now, she is coming for Bravo and Andy Cohen.
Nene Leakes taking to her social media account, called for the boycott of Andy Cohen’s show, which is the New Year’s Eve countdown broadcast, claiming that she is organizing a march in front of its offices calling them ‘racist studios.’
Taking to her official Twitter handle, she said:
“Be Smart and DO NOT SUPPORT count down shows TONIGHT that aren’t supporting or respecting BLACK WOMEN creativity/equality and blacklisting us from working if we speak the truth abt their wrongdoings,” NeNe tweeted.
She is referencing Bravo boss Andy Cohen’s yearly broadcast with CNN anchor Anderson Cooper.
She continued, “Don’t believe me, believe your eyes. In 2021, we will form a March outside of these racist studios #blackwomenmatter.”
NeNe in her call to fans to boycott RHOA, blasted the network for allegedly ‘demoting’ several ‘black’ housewives, and at the same time promoting the only white actress on the same show.
“How ironic is it that all the ORIGINAL BLACK housewives were all demoted, and the ONLY WHITE housewife promoted and still working today! Just food for thought,” she tweeted. Adding, “Racial Discrimination against black women is in full effect! Black women deserve equality.”
In the tweet, she is referencing ‘RHOA’ co-star Kim Zolciak. According to reports, following Zolciak’s exit from ‘RHOA’, the network gave her a spinoff show called, ‘Don’t Be Tardy.’ which is currently in its eighth season.
