Lill Peep's former management First Access faults his mother's claims

Lil Peep’s former management team, First Access Management barely 24hours after Lil Peep’s mother Liza Womack accused them of contributing to her son’s death, has come out to fire back at her refuting her allegations.

According to the report by the blast, First Access Entertainment while reacting to the report by Lil Peep’s mom had told the magazine that “Lil Peep’s death from an accidental drug overdose was a terrible tragedy. However, the claim that First Access Entertainment, any of its employees, or Chase Ortega, or anyone else under our auspices was somehow responsible for, complicit in, or contributed to his death is categorically untrue.”

First Access says they “consistently encouraged Peep to stop abusing drugs and to distance himself from the negative influence of the drug users and enablers with whom he chose to associate.”

The management company, who also oversees the careers of Ellie Goulding, Sugababes, Rita Ora, and Zayn, says it is “extremely disappointing” that Peep’s mom filed a wrongful death lawsuit.

We’re told they made “numerous efforts” to address his drug use, but “Unfortunately, in spite of our best efforts, he was an adult who made his own decisions and opted to follow a different, more destructive path.”

They also point out that Peep’s death was ruled an accidental overdose by officials.

However, First Access says they “will not hesitate to defend ourselves against this groundless and offensive lawsuit,” even though they are “deeply saddened” by Peep’s death, the blast had reported on Tuesday.

Liza Womack is accusing First Access and their executives of supplying her son with drugs that ultimately contributed to his death.

She accuses the management company of encouraging a drug culture and pushing him to perform at times when he could barely communicate due to days of continued abuse.

Lil Peep died on November 15, 2017, at only 21 years of age
