English Premier League side, Tottenham seems to be in pole position to land Argentine and Juventus attacking midfielder, Paulo Dybala, after they were rumoured to have seen their £65million bid for the player accepted by Juventus.

Although both Tottenham and Juventus are yet to make an official statement to say whether or not they have reached an agreement on the player, who previously was linked to yet another Premier League club, Manchester United before the Red Devil called off their pursuit for the Argentine.

According to numerous sources, Paulo Dybala who has been a hot topic in this transfer window could be heading to England, and possibly with Tottenham, after falling out of favour with the new manager, and former Chelsea Boss, Sarri in Turin.

The Argentine was part of a deal that Juventus had put in place to sign Romelu Lukaku from Manchester United, but his refusal to move to Old Trafford brought that to a premature end. But now Spurs are interested and English and Italian media are reporting that the Londoners have offered close to £65 million, which is a figure Juve are happy with.

Even with all the alleged agreement between both clubs, Paulo Dybala still has the final say, as information suggests that he still prefers to remain in Turin. But even if he agrees to join the London club Spurs, can they afford to pay the Argentine, £350,000-per-week wage, plus add ons that could see the figure rise to £400,000 a-per-week wage. The likes of Harry Kane and Dele Alli are earning far less than that huge figure the player is rumoured to be demanding.
