Popular Nigerian DJ, DJ Cuppy formally welcomed British boxer and former world heavyweight boxing champion, Anthony Joshua to Nigeria with a giant cake.
DJ Cuppy who seems to be playing the role of a host to Anthony Joshua and his family, shared a video on her Instagram account where she was presenting the giant cake coated with the colours of the Nigerian flag (green-white-green) to the big man, in the presence of family members and friends in Lagos.
At the cake presentation, one could hear the ever green song and the remixed version of the late legendary Paul IK Dairo’s Mo Sori Ire by Paul IK Dairo jnr in the background. It was the same song Anthony Joshua was caught on tape jamming to alongside his friend, DJ Cuppy two days ago, while driving around Lagos City.
Presenting the cake, DJ Cuppy still spotting her pink wig from Friday, handed over the cake while welcoming Joshua to Nigeria, and beaming with smiles he collected the cake and thanked Cuppy and her family for hosting them in Nigeria.
The comments that followed on DJ Cuppy’s post after she shared the video has been hilarious. But we are still waiting to see what other things Joshua will be doing in the coming days, after his visit to a popular slum community in Lagos called Makoko.
He also paid a visit to a charity Organization called Slum2school in the Makoko area of Lagos, in the company of some celebrities, his family members and friends.

For now, Cuppy has Anthony Joshua all to herself and she even gave ex Big Brother Naija Housemates Uriel Oputa the opportunity of brief introduction with him…we are watching!
