The Lagos State Police Zonal Public Relations Officer, and Superintendent of Police SP Dolapo Badmus has yet again, sent another warning to fraudsters, their family members and solicitors to note that illegality will not overrun the country, as she dares them to report to the nearest Police Station if they are bold enough.
SP Dolapo Babmus who has stepped up her campaign against fraudsters known popularly as Yahoo-Yahoo, or Yahoo Messengers as she calls them, said they should be aware that they will be served beans in prison when the law finally catches up with them.
SP Dolapo even with all the bashing she gets from these group of fraudsters and their solicitors on her social media page, she is not keeping quiet on her push to end the menace…
SP Dolapo taking to her Instagram put out another post on her page on Friday, explaining what will eventually happen to those that will eventually be caught. She said:
“Total war against internet fraud and fraudsters!!!! If you are bold enough as Yahoo Messenger (Yahoo Yahoo) report yourself to the nearest Police Station! A job you cannot boldly come out to defend, continue to hide behind keypads but be rest assured anyday, anytime the law catches up with you…you will be served beans in Prison! Illegality will not overrun our dear nation! Nigeria. All Yahoo messengers, their family and solicitors should take note…”
The Lagos Police Zonal PRO Dolapo only yesterday, put out a post where she was cursing all Yahoo Yahoo suspects in the country and anywhere they might be in the world. She had posted this on her page yesterday:
“Anyone that supports Yahoo (internet fraud) business needs to take his or her brain for check up and cleansing! How on earth will a sane person support daylight criminality? We can never degenerate as a nation! If we continue like this then one day we will wake up to see some people supporting robbery and terrorism! How I wish we can have a law that makes anyone openly canvassing for them as guilty as the fraudsters.
These fraudsters have demonised Nigeria and Nigerians! Our young entrepreneurs have lost business deals due to the activities of these Yahoo boys, our younger ones can’t even get Visas to visas countries offering them business opportunities. Yet we are here with some people defending and justifying this illegality? We can’t afford to destroy this nation by our actions or inaction. that’s not what our forefathers envisioned.
I know some Yahoo Yahoo members and their family will catch fire with this post. but where is kanmi in the death of mama Adele? as if I care? May all Yahoo yahoo Boys disturbing the progress of our hardworking youths be caught and rot in jail. and may all supporting them fall victim of their activities.”
