Groom is what Davido hope he will be called in no distance future, as the singer a few hours ago, took to his social media page to share a photo of himself as a Groomsman in Owerri.
The ‘hopeful Groom’ Davido, embellished in what looks like a South-South traditional marriage attire, posed for the cameras as he prepares for his Groomsman duties in Owerri Imo State (from his caption).
This will not be the first time Davido will be speaking about becoming a Groom, marriage and settling down, as only a few days ago while his girlfriend Chioma and himself were on their way to Imo State for a performance, a photo he took of them in Owerri airport, he captioned it with:
“Touch down wifey hometown!! club go turn traditional wedding this nite Lmao”
The singer also, almost broke the internet when he bought a Porsche for his girlfriend Chioma on her birthday, and a few days after he did this, he took his love for her a little further by getting her an endorsement deal for her cooking show. He is clearly showing how badly he wants the title ‘Groom’ and possibly ‘husband’. lol
The two have been a thing since they went public with their relationship, that has become a kind of yardstick for every other relationship, especially in Nigeria. Now some prospective girlfriends have so much expectations on their would-be boyfriends that they hardly notice or accept a proposal that is not coming with a car! lol
Davido already has two lovely girls from two different baby mamas, and although he does not have any child with Chioma, he is strongly looking forward to settling down with the lady that hails from Imo State, Nigeria.
Davido who is still just 25, according to a source, is looking to settle down with his sweetheart Chioma, as he has promised he no longer wants to father any other child without being properly married.
The one lady and clearly the lucky one who seems to have stolen the heart of OMO BABA OLOWO himself happens to be Chioma. He even has a song by that name ‘chioma’…love nwan tin tin..lol
