Ayesha Curry and her NBA husband Stephen Curry are celebrating their 10th year anniversary of being together, out of which they have been married for seven years as husband and wife.
Ayesha Curry who shared the news on her social media page, said she cannot believe they are celebrating 10-years of loving each other, as she put up an old photo of them dating back when they were dating.
The nursing mother who celebrated her son at six months a few weeks ago, is also a mother to two lovely girls, Riley and Ryan. The couple is best with three children, two girls and the last one a boy.
The couple first met in 2002 in a church youth group in Charlotte, before going their separate ways to pursue their individual career. They reunited again over facebook, and back to Charlotte again. Like they say, the rest is history, as they got married in 2011 in a lovely church ceremony witnessed by families and friends from both sides.
Curry who has won three NBA Championship ring with the Golden State Warriors is seen as the best player that has ever played the game of basketball in the shirt of Golden State Warriors, but still does not let all the praise get into his head, as he takes family duties very seriously.
Both Curry and Ayesha were raised in a christian home and this was the foundation of their friendship and marriage, and despite spending over a decade, they are still looking like newly weds.
In an interview he granted a few years back, praised his wife and mother of their children, saying she knew me when I was nobody and was a huge part of my basket journey. One thing I like about her is that she has no worries as she allows me my freedom to do what I want to do.” He said.
On her part with an interview granted People, she calls her husband the cutest thing every girl wanted then in the church. She said:
He was the cute boy at church that all of the girls were obsessed with, so I made a generalization that maybe he wasnt for me”
