Mo Abudu has continued her quest to revolutionized the movie scene in Nigeria and Africa by telling our actual African traditional stories. In doing so, she has recorded yet another achievement by winning the right to Professor Wole Soyinka’s play “Death and the King’s Horseman”.
The right by ebony films will see them making the world acclaimed play into a world class movie. The play was written over four decades ago by Professor Soyinka.
Mo Abudu that has in a way turned around the fortune of movie making and cinema business in Nigeria and Africa with her record-breaking box office movies is looking to go back to work and give Nigerians yet another blockbuster.
The Death and the King’s Horseman is based on pre-colonial Yoruba society and written 1975 by Wole Soyinka
