Riri or badgirlriri just like she loved to be called, has taken over the front cover of World number fashion Magazine, Vogue as she talks about her relationship, business and most importantly, turning 30!
I cannot believe she is just 30! and she has been in our spaces for that long? Wow! I need to check my calendar just to make sure I am not missing anything…lol
We all know…well some of us, that when it comes to fashion, makeup lines and some few very good music, the one person that does all these and make you wanting for more is no other than Rihanna her self. Though it’s been a while now for her in terms of music, as Rihanna has been focusing more on her makeup and lingerie lines, both within America and Europe. All these she gave an explanation to in her interview with Vogue.
In an excerpt from Vogue magazine, Rihanna talks about her becoming 30 and relationship. Responding to questions about her new age, she told Vogue magazine this:
“OK, so now that I’m 30, are there things I’m supposed to do? Should I be worried? Should I be freezing my eggs? What do you do at 30?!
She seems not to be bothered about turning 30, as most people would, but when asked about her makeup line and how she Started her line, she said:
“As a black woman, I could not live with myself if I didn’t do that,” she says. “But what I didn’t anticipate was the way people would get emotional about finding their complexion on the shelf, that this would be a groundbreaking moment.”
On body shades from fans and getting a stick from for beach mg called fat, she said:
“You’ve just got to laugh at yourself, honestly. I mean, I know when I’m having a fat day and when I’ve lost weight. I accept all of the bodies,” she says, shrugging her shoulders. “I’m not built like a Victoria’s Secret girl, and I still feel very beautiful and confident in my lingerie”

Rihanna has always been a fan of the late music legend, Bob Marley and her favourite songs from the legend, as she puts it, are:
“I’m gonna sound like a real tourist when I tell you my top Bob songs,” she says, pausing to scroll through a playlist on her iPhone before rattling off many of his most beloved hits: “Three Little Birds,” “No Woman, No Cry,” and “Redemption Song,” a Marley classic she has covered on tour.
