The case between Senator Dino Melaye and the Nigerian Police has taken an interesting turn just like I thought it would. The Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District is said to have been hospitalized as he was alleged to have jumped off the police van that was conveying him to Force Headquarters in Lokoja Kogi state.
The Senator who turned himself into the police this morning was said, to have jumped off the van and ran into a bush where the Police chased after him for a rearrest. He is now receiving treatment for minor injuries sustained.
But my question is, why should a human being jump off a moving Vehicle? Lol… I still do not want to believe a distinguished Senator of the federal Republican would do such a thing…
