This clearly will not be the first or last awards she will be receiving as the actress, movie producer and scriptwriter keeps using her talent to promote issues of violence against women and the girl child across Nigeria, especially in the Northern part of the country. One of her movie the ” women on strike” was centred around the issues on violence against women and early girl child marriage, which also talked about equality between men and women in the society.
