The wife of former United State President, George Bush senior; Barbara Bush has died. The woman who was well loved by all dedicated her life after leaving the white house with husband at improving literacy around the world was pronounced dead in the early hours of today, at aged 92.
The Late Barbara Bush will be missed by her family and friends, most especially the millions of lives she has touched during her lifetime. Since the news broke, tributes have been pouring in, and one of those that have taken their time to mourn the death is her son and former president of the United state, George W Bush Jr. Taking to his social media page, Bush had this to say about his late mother whom he is so proud of. He put up a photo of the two of them with this caption:
My dear mother has passed on at age 92. Laura, Barbara, Jenna, and I are sad, but our souls are settled because we know hers was. Barbara Bush was a fabulous First Lady and a woman unlike any other who brought levity, love, and literacy to millions. To us, she was so much more. Mom kept us on our toes and kept us laughing until the end. I’m a lucky man that Barbara Bush was my mother. Our family will miss her dearly, and we thank you all for your prayers and good wishes.
