The wait seems to be over for the people of the ancient town of Oyo, as the Governor Ajimobi and some members of National Assembly representing the area, launched the foundation for a new stadium. The Governor who was in town to honour the invitation of one of his one, Honourable Adeniyi Adeyemi(Skimeh) on his youth empowerment scheme programme, used the opportunity to launch the new Oyo Township Stadium.
The Governor who was in the company of the Alaafi of Oyo, Oba Lamidi olayiwola Adeyemi as they help launched the empowerment scheme of honourbale , also used the opportunity to kick start the new Oyo Township Stadium. See more photos:
