Scott Wolf filed a restraining order against Kelley Wolf amid their heated divorce.
The Party of Five alum, Scott Wolf, 57, filed a declaration as a part of his request for the restraining order on Tuesday, June 24, in Utah, PEOPLE confirms. His brother, Michael Wolf, additionally provided a declaration, People reports.
According to the report by People, Kelley confirmed that she was served with the restraining order on Wednesday, June 25.
Divorce document records are sealed in the state of Utah, where the restraining order was filed. A hearing was scheduled for July 1.
The restraining order against Kelley was filed following her release from an involuntary 5150 hold at a Utah hospital, where she was brought in by authorities on June 13. In an Instagram post shared on Monday, June 23, she insisted, “I’m fine, y’all. I’m happy.”
“No mental illness. No addictions,” she wrote. “Just a woman who SURVIVED an involuntary 5150 and went on a 1st DATE 2-night. So nervous! OMG!”
She added her humor is “intact” after the 5150 hold, which is “a critical intervention used to detain individuals who are considered a danger to themselves or others or are gravely disabled due to a mental disorder,” according to National Alliance on Mental Illness.
Kelley, 48, also wrote that she has “called suicide hotlines.(20 yrs ago)” and “had my heart shattered and my body bruised… but still kickin!! Hello! 
.”
She told her followers, “can I finally take another nap!” before adding, “‘I’m on vacation’ for the 1st time in [sic].”
“In other words: I’m ALIVE. I’m not quiet anymore. And the show’s just getting started,” she said.
PEOPLE previously reported that Kelley’s friend called 911 about her “escalating mental health crisis” prior to her hospitalization.
In dispatch audio of the 911 call, which was obtained by PEOPLE, the friend (whose name was redacted) asked for a “mental health team” to be sent to the the Sundance Resort in Sundance, Utah, where Kelley had been staying.
Describing the author and public speaker as “very skittish” and “very anti getting help,” the caller noted that they thought “a team needs to go and insist that she get help.”
“I do not think she will cooperate,” the friend added. “I mean we’ve been trying to get her to get some help for weeks to months.”
Kelley announced her split from Scott Wolf after 21 years together on June 10 in an Instagram post.
“It is with a heavy heart that Scott Wolf and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage,” she wrote. “This has been a long, quiet journey for me—rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children. While I will not speak publicly about the details, I feel peace knowing that I’ve done everything I can to walk this path with integrity and compassion.”
