Lady Gaga is praying for a peaceful inauguration ceremony on Wednesday, when Joe Biden will be sworn in as the new President of the United States. The singer is one of several artists set to perform during the inauguration, as she took to social media Tuesday night to pray over the event.

The singer praying for a peaceful inauguration, posted a photo of herself from the Capitol building clad in an all-white ensemble, sharing her hopes for a smooth transition of power following the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.

“I pray tomorrow will be a day of peace for all Americans,” Gaga began. “A day for love, not hatred. A day for acceptance not fear. A day for dreaming of our future joy as a country. A dream that is non-violent, a dream that provides safety for our souls. Love, from the Capitol .”

Gaga, who campaigned for Biden during the general election, will precede the official swearing-ins with a rendition of the national anthem. She will be joined by Jennifer Lopez and Garth Brooks the morning of the inauguration.

That evening, Tom Hanks is set to host “Celebrating America,” a 90-minute program featuring performances by Justin Timberlake, Jon Bon Jovi, Demi Lovato, Ant Clemons, the Foo Fighters, Bruce Springsteen and John Legend.
