The Ooni of Ife Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi has released a short statement on tomorrow’s elections, where he charged Nigerians of all backgrounds, ethnicity and religion to make sure to troop out tomorrow for the Presidential elections and exercise their civic rights.
Oba Ogunwusi (Ooni of Ife) who has been an advocate of peace, especially during this election in his latest statement urged Nigerians to go out and vote, as their votes matters and will count at the end of the whole exercise. He said:
“I implore you to come out and exercise your civic duty by going to the polls this weekend. Gone are the times when the people feared their votes will not be counted. Your votes matter, it is your voice and a true sign of the power in your hand” he said.

The future of Nigeria is now;
with various backgrounds, diverse ethnicities and many languages, with memories of several battles we have worked to stand as one because indeed we are all one and from the same source.
