Eight Abducted RCCG Members In Kaduna Regain Freedom

The Eight abducted RCCG members have regained their freedom, days after their abduction on a highway, the church confirmed on Thursday.

RCCG which stands for Redeemed Christian Church of God, is one of the churches in Nigeria with large members scattered across the country.

The eight abducted RCCG members were abducted on the Kachia-Kafanchan highway on Friday evening while travelling on the church’s bus.
RCCG’s General Overseer, Pastor Enoch Adeboye confirmed their release on Thursday afternoon.

Adeboye, through his official Twitter handle said: “Today I got the exciting news that our brethren who were in captivity of kidnappers have all been released and taken to the Hospital for checkup and tests. Glory be to Jesus.”
