Romelu Lukaku has been honoured with his Cadbury 100-goal award by English Premier League FA, where he now joins the league of 100-goal milestone club

The Belgian who was welcomed into the league of 100 goals by English Premier League joins the league of players who have scored 100 league goals in their career. He was given the Cadbury award for reaching the 100-goal Milestone club in the league.

Romelu Lukaku since coming to the English Premier League to some people has lived up to expectations, but to some, he is yet to prove he is that striker that can truly win his team trophies, that player a team can depend on to take them out of difficult moments.

He is big, strong and great finisher, put still poor with his control of the ball and his ability to bring others into play. He uses his strength and pace to his advantage especially in front of goal, but considered by many football pundits as that one striker that cannot deliver when a manager needs him to, as his touches are far way too amateurish for a striker in the Premier League.

Also, Remolu Lukaku has been labelled small team player, as he flourish more often against smaller opponents and disappears in the bigger games, where he usually struggles.

Remolu Lukaku time with Chelsea was nothing to write home about as he was subjected to series of loan move, and  although he did not enjoy much playing time at first with Chelsea, he was successful at West Brom, Everton and now Manchester United after his big money move from Everton.

His stats tells a different story though:

He scored a total of 17 goals for West Brom in 35 Appearance

Everton 68 goals-appearance-141

Manchester United 20 goals- Appearance 39
Romelu Lukaku joined Manchester United from Everton for a transfer record fee of £75million in the summer of 2017 after he rejoined his coach Jose Mourinho who loaned him off during his time at Chelsea as a manager.
Romelu Lukaku who has 105 goals in the Premier League, is also the all-time leading goal scorer for his Belgian National team, with 43-goals at just 25.
