Paris Hilton was clad in stone-covered opera gloves and knee-high white stockings while incorporating a pale pink feather boa prop.
The mogul accessorized with two stacked diamond choker necklaces and huge diamond stud earrings.
‘In my birthday suit,’ the striking post to her nearly 27 million followers was captioned.
Her waist-length blonde hair, styled by celebrity pro Abena, was arranged with layered, face-framing bangs.
The dainty, hyper-feminine set – created by artist Keli Ma – consisted of satin baby pink drapes.
Adding to the fantastical element were matching sheets, pillows, and a retro lamp.
Hilton’s celebratory post comes after she renewed her vows with husband Carter Reum after five years of marriage.
Earlier this week she posted photos from their Turks and Caicos family trip, showing the moment Reum got down on one knee and popped the question for a second time.
‘Five years later… and he still makes my heart skip a beat,’ she began her Instagram caption.
She added, ‘On Valentine’s Day, in the turquoise waters of Turks & Caicos — just days before my birthday — my forever Valentine re-proposed, and I said YES all over again.’
The longtime couple are parents to son Phoenix, three, and daughter London, two.

Hilton and Reum originally tied the knot in 2021.
The couple nitially met in their 20s, but didn’t reconnect until 2019 when Reum’s sister, Halle Hammond, hosted Thanksgiving dinner and invited them both.
Reum popped the question during a celebratory vacation to mark Hilton’s 40th birthday.
Their nuptials took place in November 2021 at the heiress’ late grandfather’s Bel-Air estate.
