Selena Gomez is revealing how marriage life with husband Benny Blanco is going, nearly two months after saying ‘I do.’
The 33-year-old multihyphenate was a guest on Apple Music this week, where she opened up in an interview with Zane Lowe.
Early in the 27-minute episode, the host said, ‘Congratulations on finding happiness with someone in your life you get to share your experiences with, and I’m sure it was just a wonderful occasion.
‘But doesn’t it just get better in the days that follow and the months and the years that will follow?’
A gushing Selena Gomez replied, ‘I definitely can agree to that. It has been such a dream so far.’
The Only Murders in the Building actress added, ‘And I know it’ll come with ebbs and flows, but [he’s] the most beautiful person I could do that with.’
Selena Gomez and Benny, 37, tied the knot on September 27 in Santa Barbara.
In late October the music producer took to his Instagram Story to share a photo of him and his wife enjoying a romantic stroll on the beach to commemorate their anniversary.
The loved-up newlyweds held hands as they were captured walking in the sand.
Following the wedding, he took to Instagram to share a selfie with his new bride.
‘i married a real life disney princess,’ he captioned, collecting over 12 million likes.
Weeks before walking down the aisle the pop star couldn’t contain her excitement.
While discussing her wedding on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, she beamed, flashing her megawatt smile when the subject was brought up.
When asked about planning the nuptials, she gushed, ‘It’s wonderful. I’m very lucky. It’s going well. I’m so excited.’
The Mr. and Mrs. previously made a joint appearance on The Tonight Show in March, promoting their album I Said I Love You First.
During the TV spot the former Barney child star revealed she nearly ruined Benny’s marriage proposal after he had arranged to get down on one knee during what his then-girlfriend believed was a photo shoot.
But, Selena admitted, she was tired and cranky on her way to the early morning shoot and suggested they reschedule.
When host Jimmy asked if Benny was ‘freaking out,’ he said, ‘Of course I’m freaking out! She was mad! She almost didn’t come!’
The lovebirds confirmed their relationship in December 2023 and got engaged a year later.
‘Forever starts now,’ Selena Gomez wrote on social media at the time, showing off her sparkling diamond ring.
