Cassie has requested the judge in the upcoming trial of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs nix a request the embattled music mogul made for her to surrender financial records and a book she penned about her relationship with him, DailyMail reports.

The actress-model, Cassie, 38, has made efforts to convince the court to scuttle a subpoena she said Combs’ team served her with March 19, TMZ reported Thursday.

The Me & U singer Cassie said Diddy’s team made demands she turn into them ‘all draft memoirs, autobiographies, narratives, diaries, journals or notes… and any communications about plans to publish or threaten to publish such a document.’

Cassie said that Combs – who violently attacked her in a March 2016 attack caught on camera – also wanted her financial records.

Diddy lawyer Marc Agnifilo previously said in a court filing that Cassie, who has more than 10.4 million Instagram followers, told Diddy he could ‘catch and kill’ her book for a $30 million fee, the outlet reported

Agnifilo said that the offer, which was made through their respective attorneys last fall, was declined by Diddy.

After Cassie switched legal teams, the book was not a priority, as the focus was on a civil sex case.

Diddy quickly settled a sex abuse case Cassie filed against him in November 2023.

Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking charges after his September arrest.

He has remained incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn awaiting a May 5 trial, after he was refused bail on multiple occasions.

Prosecutors in Combs’ federal case say the music mogul used blackmail and violence in his efforts to silence victims.

Among the claims made against the entertainer is that he persuaded women to participate against their will in group sexual exhibitions referred to as ‘Freak Offs.’

The Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down performer remains in federal custody nearly five months after his September 16 arrest in Manhattan in connection with sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Combs, who is also charged with transportation to engage in prostitution, has made a trio of attempts in vain to be granted bail, amid concerns from the court he would attempt to flee or tamper with his case.

Prior to his arrest he was in the headlines for much of 2024 year after raids on multiple properties in March; and video of him assaulting Cassie surfacing on CNN in May.
