Bisola Kola-Daisi’s funeral service was held in Lagos today, as the eldest daughter of Abiola Ajimobi, the late former Governor of Oyo State, begins her final journey home to eternal rest.
The Bisola Kola-Daisi’s funeral service which was attended by families from both sides, also saw the likes of Governor Sanwo-Olu, and Speaker of Oyo state House Assembly Debo and other dignitaries in attendance.
Bisola Kola-Daisi, aged 42, was said to have passed away in London, United Kingdom.
Her husband, Kolapo Kola-Daisi, who is a politician and bank executive, confirmed his wife’s demise on social media.
He wrote: “The world has lost a shining star. Bisola was not just my wife; she was my partner in everything. Her spirit will live on in our children.”
The deceased was a businesswoman and philanthropist. She was the Managing Director of Grandex Nigeria Ltd., a leading retail and wholesale chain established in 1984. She was the founder of the Florence H. Luxury Boutique, where she carved out a name for herself.
