Priyanka Chopra Jonas stunned in a glittering blue ensemble as she attended her brother’s wedding alongside her husband Nick Jonas on Thursday, DailyMail reports.
According to the report by Daily Mail, the actress, Priyanka Chopra 42, couldn’t keep her eyes off husband Nick as she showcased her toned abs in a sequin two-piece for the event, held in Mumbai.
She added an extra layer to her co-ord with a sheer glittery scarf, elegantly slung over the cropped bralette and floor-length skirt.
To accessorise, Priyanka Chopra went all out as she wore a huge silver statement necklace, matching earrings and a chunky silver bracelet.
Finishing off her traditional outfit, the star showcased some intricate henna tattoos on her hands and dressed her fingers in chunky silver rings.
Standing alongside her, Nick, 32, looked handsome as he stepped out in a blue velvet traditional dress jacket.
Adding a pop of glamour to the outfit, the Disney star attached a silver and blue brooch to the rose-embossed coat.
Priyanka Chopra- who is from Jamshedpur in India – and her partner looked in great spirits as they celebrated her brother Siddharth Chopra’s and his fiancee actress Neelam Upadhyaya’s Sangeet ceremony.
Posing for a family picture, Priyanka’s brother looked strapping in a formal black Sherwani.
And the bride-to-be stunned as she attended her ceremony in a glamorous golden two-piece.
The star has been married to former Disney Channel star Nick since 2018 and they have two-year-old daughter Malti together.
Her appearance comes just days after she admitted the uncertainty of an acting career gives her anxiety and that she finds it difficult to turn down roles as a result.
‘My job is uncertain. It’s not a cheque coming in every month, so it creates an anxiety,’ she told Harper’s Bazaar UK.
‘I’m a greedy actor. I love my job very much.’
The actress, who has starred in Quantico and Baywatch, is married to Nick Jonas, and the couple share a daughter, Malti Marie, born via surrogate in 2022.
Despite her £60 million net worth, which she shares with her husband, Chopra Jonas said she enjoys ‘the simpler things in life: taking a walk, getting ice-cream, reading a book.’
She described herself as deeply sentimental: ‘I’m a Cancer – I cry at the drop of a hat. I love my family, I live to eat.
‘I like talking about dinner when I’m having my lunch. And my job is just the opposite – I look great with a weapon in my hand.’
Cooking, however, is not her forte.
‘I eat,’ she said, ‘but I’m not very helpful in the kitchen. It feels intimidating to me.
‘My father wasn’t a big fan of me learning how to cook. Growing up in India, he always saw the women in his family in the kitchen while the men were eating. So he was very clear that I wouldn’t do that.’
Priyanka has been a source of pride for her nation ever since she won the title of Miss World in 2000. Soon after, she was flooded with film offers and shot to fame.
