Christina Hall revealed she hired a life coach and is better than ever a month after she split from her husband, Josh Hall.
“One month later … I finally have my appetite back,” the TV personality wrote on her Instagram Story Friday, per People.
“I’m exercising again. My kids are happy and our house feels like home. Those poor kids adore me … anyone who knows us for real knows this and that’s what matters.”
“I have a life coach and I made myself and her a promise — I will never ever give away my peace again,” she continued.
“I will say — if you’ve ever lost peace and gained it back there is a new level of gratitude for every single moment of life. A huge level of appreciation for the present moments and being present.”
Christina Hall, 41, claimed she’s “laughed more” in the past few weeks and “work is going so good it feels like a dream.”
The mom of three explained she’s striving to maintain a “positive mindset” and believes the “rest will work itself out like it always does.”

The “Christina on the Coast” star has been outspoken about her breakup with Josh, 43, since he filed for divorce on July 15.
In recent weeks, she’s taken to social media to share details about her “much needed girls’ trip” and to publically call out her estranged husband as an “insecure man.”
The HGTV star has also alleged Josh took $35,000 of her money and deposited it into his bank account.
Though Josh has dodged addressing the allegations against him, a source close to him denied Christina’s claims that she offered him “millions” in their divorce proceedings.
“She didn’t offer him millions,” an insider previously told us, adding the two “haven’t even started negotiations.”
“If Christina’s truly offering him millions, she can send it in writing through her lawyer,” the source continued.
Josh and Christina secretly wed in October 2021 and held a larger ceremony with friends and family in Hawaii a year later.
