Christina Hall claims estranged husband Josh transferred $35K of her money into his account.
Christina Hall opened up about her divorce from her estranged husband Josh Hall, labeling him an “insecure man” after he allegedly took $35,000 from her bank account.
“I have worked my ass off to build this life for myself and my children and anyone who would try and take what they do not deserve/what they did NOT work for should be ashamed,” the TV personality wrote on her Instagram Story Thursday.
“An insecure man with a large ego can sure try and derail you,” she continued, adding that she will proceed to “rise” above him.
“For those that aren’t aware … divorces do not happen overnight … & there is always a breaking point,” Christina, 41, said. “This one is personal.”
The “Flip or Flop” alum blasted her ex after she claimed he took a large sum out of her “separate property rental income,” per court documents obtained by Page Six Thursday.
“I am asking for Josh to account for the funds taken and return them to me as those funds are specifically used to pay any loans, obligations, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance for these rental properties,” the docs read.
Christina Hall, who owns various properties in Tennessee, alleged that Josh, 43, asked her property manager to transfer the $35,000 to his account on July 8 — the same day he listed as their separation date on his divorce filing.
However, Josh denied the allegations, according to “Entertainment Tonight.”
Earlier this month, the former couple both filed divorce papers, with Christina Hall listing their separation date as July 7 — the day before the real estate agent claimed they parted ways.
The “Christina in the Country” star requested that Josh pay her attorney fees and asked a judge to terminate the possibility of spousal support for her ex.
Shortly after news of their split broke, Christina deleted her wedding photo with Josh from when they tied the knot in Hawaii in October 2021.
The duo had no children together, but Christina shares 13-year-old daughter Taylor and 8-year-old son Brayden with her first husband, Tarek El Moussa, and 4-year-old son Hudson with her second ex-spouse, Ant Anstead.
