Kourtney Kardashian is being dragged on social media for ignoring her ex, Scott Disick in a Father’s Day post in which she paid tribute to her husband Travis Barker.
‘Happy Father’s Day @travisbarker!!’ Kourtney, 45, captioned the post, which featured multiple pics of the Blink-182 drummer, 48, holding their seven-month-old son Rocky.
Kourtney Kardashian said in the caption, ‘Beyond grateful for the Dad that you are to our baby boy, and all of our kids. You keep us safe and protected and take care of us. Having a family with you is heaven. Happy to celebrate you!’
Kourtney Kardashian and Disick, 41, share three children: son Mason, 14, daughter Penelope, 11, and son Reign, nine. The eldest of the Kardashian sisters welcomed son Rocky Thirteen Barker, her first child with the musician, last November.
A number of Kourtney’s followers were quick to remind Kourtney about Disick on the festive day.
‘Uh where’s the shoutout to the father of 75% of ur kids??’ one user asked, while another inquired, ‘What about Scott??’
Another user told the reality star, ‘I actually find this so disrespectful that you haven’t included your other kids with Scott… He is the father of your 3 other children in case you had forgotten about him and them.’
Said one user: ‘He’s a father to other kids you know that right?……RIGHT?…..’
Some users expressed their opinion that Kourtney had erred in not including pictures of her three older children in the slideshow.
Not all of the social media responses to the post were pointed, as one user said that Kourtney Kardashian did nothing wrong in dedicating the Father’s Day post ‘ to her actual husband … the one who did actually [marry] her.’
Said the user: ‘My Gosh I see so many of you asking about Scott in the post like she has to acknowledge him at all.’
The user noted past allegations Disick had ‘humiliated’ Kourtney ‘through the years they were together,’ ostensibly referring to cheating allegations Disick faced in 2015.
‘She doesn’t need to talk/post about him if she doesn’t feel like it,’ the user added.
Barker is also father to three children with his Shanna Moakler, 49: stepdaughter Atiana, 25, (who Moakler had with Oscar De La Hoya); son Landon, 20, and daughter Alabama, 18.
He replied to his wife’s post in saying, ‘Our life is heaven, I love you’ with accompanying emojis of a black heart and folded hands.
