Yesterday, I paid a condolence visit to the family of my late political leader and father, Otunba Christopher Adebayo Alao-Akala, the former governor of Oyo state whose painful exit occurred on Wednesday,” he said.

He continued:

I seized the opportunity to identify with the deceased’s wife, children, entire family and the people of Ogbomosoland and to let them know that my thoughts and prayers are with them always.

Importantly, I reminded them that though baba’s exit is painful to us all, we should take solace in the fact that he lived a purposeful life and that his legacy lives on.

Once again, may the soul of our dear leader find peace with God, and I pray that God grants us all the fortitude to bear his loss. Amen. Adieu the Tiger!!!,” he added.
