Peller has submitted his House of Representative nomination and expression of interest form at the National Secretariat of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Abuja.
The owner of Quilox, which is a nightclub located in Lagos Island, only yesterday announced that he picked up his form to contest for the 2019 elections, and a few hours ago, said he has already submitted same yesterday.
Shina Peller while submitting his nomination and interest form a day when the President of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari himself submitted his, was received by some APC officials of Alhaji Mai Mala Buni and the party’s National Organizing Secretary, Barrister Emma Ibediro, as the APC National Secretariat in the last few days, has become a beehive of political activities.
Shina Peller is entering into politics to contest for the seat of Federal House of Representatives and represent Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/Iwajowa federal constituency, which is presently being occupied by Honourable Abiodun Olasupo of the APC.
He [Shina Peller] is said to be the chosen one by Governor Ajumobi of Oyo State in the forthcoming APC primaries in Oyo State, as aggrieved party members are set to battle it out with the Governor’s alleged consensus candidates for elective positions.
Taking to his social media page a few hours ago, he said:
“Yesterday, I submitted my duly completed nomination and expression of interest forms to the National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Mai Mala Buni and the party’s National Organizing Secretary, Barrister Emma Ibediro.”
Also in attendance to show support was Comrade Dr. Mustapha Salihu, the APC National Vice Chairman, North East.
Similarly, Adamawa State Governor, His Excellency, Bindo Jibrilla was also on hand at the secretariat.
