The Afrima awards 2021 ceremony presently being held at the Eko Hotel and Suites Lagos Nigeria, has seen Nigerian and African superstar, Wizkid carting home most of the awards, as he wins big on the night.
The Afrima awards 2021, which has South Africa’s celebrity TV host Pearl Thusi and Eddie Kadi as hosts, saw Wizkid who has six nominations alongside Omah Lay, which is the most by any nominee, winning the major categories for which he was nominated for in the Afrima awards 2021.
He won Artiste of the Year, Album of the Year, Best African Collaboration, Song of the Year in Africa and lost the Best Artiste, Duo or Group in African R n B Soul and Best Male in West Africa categories. The winner list is still being updated, but here are the winners we have so far:
