Britney Spears has called her Framing Britney Spears Documentary an embarrassment, while also saying that she cried for two weeks over it.
Britney who took to Instagram on Tuesday to share some footage on her dance session, while speaking on the Framing Britney Spears documentary, said she was “embarrassed by the light they put me in.”
Britney says she didn’t watch the entire documentary, but she really didn’t like the little bit she did see, as she said “I cried for two weeks.”
The Pop star shared her emotional reaction along with a video of her dancing to Aerosmith’s hit song, “Crazy.” She says she’s dancing to Steven Tyler every night just to keep her sane.
As you know … ‘Framing Britney’ has her fans fired up about how the pop star’s been treated over the years by the media, Justin Timberlake, her father Jamie Spears and others.
It’s definitely got Britney in her feelings too.
“My life has always been very speculated,” Britney began her long message to fans while she danced around her opulent living room to the tune of Aerosmith’s “Crazy.”
“Watched … and judged really my whole life !!! For my sanity I need to dance to @iamstevent every night of my life ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ to feel wild and human and alive! I have been exposed my whole life performing in front of people ๐ณ๐ณ๐ณ !!! It takes a lot of strength to TRUST the universe with your real vulnerability cause I’ve always been so judged… insulted… and embarrassed by the media… and I still am till this day.”
Britney says that her behavior can be chalked up to doing ” what I can in my own spirituality with myself to try and keep my own joy … love … and happiness,” and that she’s not put on this Earth to be “perfect” for everyone.
