The 2021 EE BAFTA nominations have been announced, as Normadland and Rocks, The Father, Mank, Minari and Promising Young Woman with seven and six nominations each.
The 2021 EE BAFTA nominations are the first since a “watershed” seven-month investigation into the lack of diversity at the 2020 nominations. The nominations released on Tuesday 9th March 2021, threw up some unexpected names.
The ceremony which was delayed as a result of the coronavirus pandemic will now take place on 11 April, a fortnight before the Oscars.
