Former NBA star and Olympic Gold Medalist, Lamar Odom has announced his return to playing professional basketball again in China, after months of struggling with domestic and drug-related issues.

The ex-husband to Khloe Kardashian and father of two, who shared the news on his social media page, said the only thing he has known all his life is basketball, which is the second thing close to his heart, after his children.

From almost losing his life through cocaine overdose, checking in to a rehab, getting a divorce from  his wife Khloe, to establishing a clothing line which he named ‘I AM RICH SOIL’ to now landing a contract to go back to his first love, Basketball, Lamar has truly come along way.

Odom who has played for the LA Lakers, and also NBA Championship ring holder, will be going to China to kick-start his Basketball career at the age of 38, and we are happy for him.

Taking to his social media page, he said:

“Lamar Odom have some good news to share with you on this beautiful day from The Netherlands. My heart literally warms up now I can finally share with you all that I’m returning to play Basketball. I will be playing in China ! God is good !
