An ex-security guard of Kris Jenner, is reported to have filed a $3million lawsuit against world’s most famous momager.
According to various reports, Kris Jenner is being dragged by her Ex-security guard for alleged sexual harassment where the said ex-security guard is demanding over $3million for damages.
The ex-security guard identified as Marc McWilliams had in a court document accused Kris Jenner of groping him and being inappropriate while working for the family as a bodyguard.
The staggering amount was revealed in a case status document that describes the upcoming steps in the ongoing case.
According to the new filing, “(The ex-security guard) seeks to recover his damages, which arose from unwanted sexual and gender harassment. (He) repeatedly complained to supervisors and human resources, but no action was taken by employer.
Defendants clearly retaliated against (him) for lodging complaints about said misconduct and terminated him on or about September 2019.”
It continued, “(His) damages are in excess of three million dollars.”
We broke the story, the alleged victim filed a lawsuit after claiming the Kardashian matriarch “embarked on a pattern of conduct involving non-consensual physical contact with him of an inappropriate and sexual nature.”
In the lawsuit, the ex-security guard claims he was the victim of unwanted touching, including, “Massaging (his) neck, shoulders, arms and back without consent, causing her hand to rest on (his) thigh and groin, causing her pelvis to rub against (his) back and/or rear-end without consent or approval, causing her hands to come into contact with (his) rear-end without consent or approval.”
Kris has denied the allegations and is threatening to countersue him as well as his attorney’s for malicious prosecution.
The momager’s lawyer responded saying Jenner “vehemently denies” the allegations calling the lawsuit, “absurd claims as completely fabricated and false fiction without a scrap of truth to them.”
The newest filing comes on the heels of a hearing in the case inside a Los Angeles courtroom, where the alleged victim’s legal team claimed they are filing an amended complaint which will contain “two new allegations against Kris Jenner.”
According to reports, Jenner was not present in the hearing, but her attorney said in a statement to DailyMail, “‘This lawsuit, filed back in September, has yet to be served on Ms. Jenner and involves events alleged to have occurred more than two years ago. The allegations are not only wrong and scandalous but seem designed to coerce Ms. Jenner into silence via a settlement. This will not happen.”
