A man caught having sex with his supposed partner inside a station toilet in London, claimed the woman was just applying a cream to her sores.
According to the report by UK Metro, the woman identified as Susan Cowell, and 49, was allegedly found on top of Serge Miner, 46, with her breasts exposed, a court heard.
When security guard Gian Carlo opened the door, they slammed it and locked it, Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard. Luke Stanton, prosecuting, said: ‘Mr Carlo tried to get the defendant and woman out of the toilet. They resisted and locked the door.
‘Mr Carlo forced the door open and found the couple were still having sex. ‘When it was opened again he saw the defendant lying on the floor with his trousers around his knees and the woman on top around his waist area. ‘She had no trousers or underwear on and they were having sexual intercourse in the toilet. ‘They were interviewed.
‘Miner stated the woman had an infection causing her to have sores on her body and he was in the toilet to apply cream and powder to those sores.
‘He said he wasn’t naked from the waist down and denied being involved in any sexual activity.’
Blackpool-resident Cowell did not turn up to court so a warrant was issued for her arrest. But Miner did attend and wore two coats in the dock as he denied the allegation.
Miner, of Great Chapel Street, Soho, denies one count of sexual activity in a public lavatory. He was granted unconditional bail ahead of his next appearance at Hendon Magistrates’ Court on April 9, the UK Metro report added.
