The immediate past Governor of Bayelsa State, Seriake Dickson is celebrating his wife and former First Lady of Bayelsa State, Dr Rachael Dickson as she celebrates her 47th birthday today.
Seriake Dickson who tried his best to be romantic as possible in his birthday message to his wife Dr Rachael Dickson, described her as someone that has been his pillar of support. He also said she has been that someone who has shown an uncommon devotion and service to mankind.
He also wished her God guidance and upliftment to greater heights, strength, good health, prosperity and wisdom in the years ahead.
