The executive chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr Michael Tidi has congratulated his Boss and the Governor of Delta State, Gov Ifeanyi Okowa, as he celebrates his 61st birthday anniversary.
The Warri South Chairman, Dr Michael Tidi taking to his social media handle on Wednesday 8th July 2020, shared a birthday message congratulating Gov Okowa.
In his message, Dr Michael Tidi noted that the intellectual capacity, and uncommon wisdom, together with the exemplary leadership of the Governor has resulted in the successful implementation of the Stronger Delta Agenda in Warri South and all over the state. These he said, has impacted positively on the overall accomplishments of the government, most notably, in the economic and social intervention programmes both in the local government and Delta state.
The Warri South Chairman joined family members, friends and other Local Government Chairmen in Delta State, and associates of Gov Ifeanyi Okowa, in wishing him joyous birthday celebrations.
The message shared on the social media handle reads:

Also, Dr Michael Tidi in his birthday message, wished the governor a quick recovery, after himself and some family members tested positive for coronavirus. He said:

Though the raging pandemic makes open celebrations imprudent and impose a climate of sobriety, nothing stops us however from celebrating in our hearts the uncommon gift H.E embody on the occasion of his 61st birthday.
I pray that H.E continues to enjoy the best of health, many more years, and fulfilment in all of his aspirations. Amen!,” he added.
