The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), has recorded 248 new cases of the coronavirus, as total number confirmed so far by the centre, now stands at 4399.
According to the statement released by NCDC on Sunday 10th May 2020, stated that a total of 248 new cases were recorded, and no new state has reported a case in the last 24 hours.
From the 248 new cases confirmed on Sunday 10th May, takes the total coronavirus cases confirmed in Nigeria till date, to 4399 cases, with 778 cases discharged and 143 deaths recorded in 34 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
The NCDC from the new cases recorded on Sunday, stated that these cases were from some states across the country, and the distribution of these new cases shows the following spread in 17 States:
