Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle issue legal warning to the media a few days after photos of the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle and her son, Archie walking their dogs in the woods in Canada surfaced online and on the Newspapers back in the United Kingdom. The Sussex Royals said the Photographs were secretly taken as they were walking with their dogs in the woods at their new $14 million mansion in Vancouver Canada.
According to reports, the Duke and Duchess who are never afraid to seek legal redress whenever they feel their rights have been infringed upon, said those photos of Meghan carrying her son and walking her dogs were taken without her consent, calling the act by the photographers as harassment.
The photographers were said to have been hiding in bushes and spying on her.
According to the report by Dailymail, Duchess Meghan Markle was photographed where she bundled up her son in layers for a stroll in Horth Hill Regional Park just a couple of miles from the oceanfront home where she has spent most of the past two months on Canada’s Vancouver Island.
Holding her two dogs, black lab Oz and beagle Guy on leashes, there was no sign of the drama of Megxit on the Duchess of Sussex’s smiling face as she held her eight-month-old son on her chest in a snuggly baby carrier, the report added.
The couple issued a legal warning through their lawyers, as they stated that they are prepared to take legal action.
They are believed to be alarmed by paparazzi activity near their current base on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
Lawyers say there have also been attempts to photograph inside their home using long-range lenses and they accuse the paparazzi of being camped outside the property.
Under laws in British Columbia, the duchess may have grounds for a legal case if she can prove her privacy has been violated, although freedom of the press and expression is guaranteed under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
The Duke of Sussex arrived back in Canada on Tuesday morning after attending the UK-Africa Investment Summit in London on Monday.
It was announced on Saturday that from the spring, the Sussexes will no longer be full-time working royals.
They will stop using their HRH titles, no longer carry out royal duties or military appointments and no longer formally represent the Queen.
The move by the Queen came after Prince Harry and Meghan had issued this statement about them seeking a more private life for themselves and moving to Canada. The statement reads:

“This was the statement by Prince Harry and Meghan notifying the Queen of the intentions to step down as senior Royals:
“After many months of reflection and internal discussions, we have chosen to make a transition this year in starting to carve out a progressive new role within this institution. We intend to step back as ‘senior’ members of the Royal Family and work to become financially independent, while continuing to fully support Her Majesty The Queen. It is with your encouragement, particularly over the last few years, that we feel prepared to make this adjustment. We now plan to balance our time between the United Kingdom and North America, continuing to honour our duty to The Queen, the Commonwealth, and our patronages. This geographic balance will enable us to raise our son with an appreciation for the royal tradition into which he was born, while also providing our family with the space to focus on the next chapter, including the launch of our new charitable entity. We look forward to sharing the full details of this exciting next step in due course, as we continue to collaborate with Her Majesty The Queen, The Prince of Wales, The Duke of Cambridge and all relevant parties. Until then, please accept our deepest thanks for your continued support.” – The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Also, the Susses Royals are not new to litigation as this will not be the first time they will be seeking a court redress on issues such as this, and given how they left the British Royal family, it certainly will not be the last of their paparazzi nightmares!…lol…Prince Harry and Meghan Markle issue legal warning to the media is like them inviting them for more, as the media in the UK is totally different from that of the US and Canada…
